Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Advisor located in Sheikh Zayed City. The Sales Account Advisor will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales targets. Primary tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable solutions, cross-selling products or services, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and supporting business growth with focus and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Sales and account management skills with experience in driving revenue and achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant technological tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred
