Role Description
Atheel CX is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with a strong BPO background to manage the full client lifecycle — from engagement and proposal development to onboarding and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will combine sales expertise, tender management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value-driven solutions and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage potential clients, identify opportunities, and prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
* Manage government and private sector tenders, including the development of technical and financial offers.
* Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and management teams to finalize agreements.
* Oversee client onboarding and project kickoffs, ensuring clear deliverables and smooth handovers.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and Quality teams to ensure service excellence.
* Track tender results, project performance, and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the BPO/contact center industry (required).
* Strong experience with tenders, proposals, and contract management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Preferred
* Familiarity with client experience frameworks (e.g., NPS, CSAT).
* Fluency in English (written & spoken).
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to attract and retain prospective clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry is a plus
