Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support the Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and achieving business objectives. The role requires strong coordination, leadership, and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and compliance standards
- Skills in performance management, training, and employee development
- Proven ability to handle payroll and HR administrative functions
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multitask and manage HR projects efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or large organization
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
