Requirements

  • Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Expertise in Recruitment and talent management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Organization Development principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
