Requirements
- Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Expertise in Recruitment and talent management strategies.
- Strong understanding of Organization Development principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
