HR Officer – Tourism

Looking For:
Vibe Travel is looking for a motivated HR Officer to join immediately to manage recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations for a growing travel company. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, coordinating interviews, handling onboarding, and supporting HR processes to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment process: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews
– Conduct call & offline interviews and assess candidates for fit and potential
– Coordinate onboarding for new employees and maintain employee records
– Support employee relations and HR policies implementation
– Maintain HR documents, drafting contracts, trial agreements, attendance, and payroll data accurately
– Follow up attendance, discipline, and performance
– Prepare reports and HR analytics for management
– Assist in training and development programs
– Building simple HR systems and procedures
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements

Requirements:
_ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
_ 1–3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment (Preferably in tourism or sales company)
_ Strong communication and organizational skills
_ Organized, decisive, and detail-oriented
_ English: Intermediate
_ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
_ Own laptop required for daily tasks
_ Familiarity with HR software and AI tools is a plus
