Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join our team at Vibe Travel. You will be responsible for selling travel packages, handling customer inquiries, and following up with clients to ensure bookings. You’ll work directly with our clients through calls, WhatsApp, and social media, helping them have the best travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and social media platforms
– Promote and sell travel packages
– Follow up with clients until booking is confirmed
– Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and bookings
– Achieve monthly sales targets
– Assist in posting offers on relevant social media groups/pages
– Provide exceptional customer service and support during the booking process

Requirements

Requirements:
_ 1–2 years experience in a tourism company is required
_ English: Intermediate
_ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
_ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

_ Ability to work well in a team
_ Proficiency Microsoft Excel and Word
_ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok for business
_ Target-driven mindset and high level of commitment
_ Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently
_ Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
_ Positive attitude, friendly, and customer-oriented
_ Own laptop required for daily tasks
