Job Description
Junior SDR (Outbound, UAE Market)
A fast-growing AI-powered accounting and tax service for UAE SMBs. The company ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, allowing founders to focus on growth. They have a proven leadership team, having built over 20,000 client accounting firms, and operate in a dynamic market where recent tax changes in the UAE have created high demand.
✅ What you will be doing
Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business
Research and prioritize ICP lists (UAE SMEs, recent company registrations, free-zone founders)
Qualify prospects using BANT (need, timing ≤60 days, budget/fit, decision-maker)
Book qualified meetings with structured call notes after
Handle common objections and disqualify early when there is no fit
Maintain disciplined outbound cadence and clear reporting
???? Reference metrics from comparable high-performing contractors
~100 qualified meetings per month
100–125+ new-lead touches/day

Independent B2B contractor engagement
Monthly service fee – 500 $
Performance-based uncapped success fees
Time-zone overlap with the Gulf market
Clean lead data, clear ICP, and tested outbound messaging provided from the company

Requirements
✅ What we expect from you
Fluent English (B2–C1 level)
Fluent Arabic or Hindi
