Job Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead KSA (GCC) institutional acquisition strategy, focusing on:

  • Master Partner agreements
  • Ministry-level engagement
  • Hospital C-suite negotiations
  • Regulatory positioning support

The role requires navigating long enterprise procurement cycles and positioning Seha Care as national healthcare infrastructure.

The role is based in Cairo with mandatory periodic travel to Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Targeting & Access

  • Identify and prioritize target entities in KSA (GCC) healthcare ecosystem
  • Secure executive-level meetings (CEO, COO, CIO, CMO level)
  • Build long-term institutional relationships
  • Understand MOH procurement pathways
  • Align positioning with SDAIA governance frameworks
  • Lead negotiation of Master Partner agreements
  • Structure conditional exclusivity and performance quotas
  • Coordinate with legal and executive leadership
  • Drive pilot LOIs and commercial agreements
  • Manage long enterprise sales cycles (6–12 months)
  • Engage KSA-aligned institutional investors
  • Participate in high-level executive briefings

    Work Structure

  • Based in Cairo
  • Regular travel KSA (GCC)
  • Hybrid or Remote model acceptable
  • Reports directly to Founder / CEO

Requirements

Required Profile

Mandatory:

  • 3+ years experience selling into KSA (GCC) healthcare or government sector
  • Proven track record closing enterprise deals in KSA (GCC)
  • Strong understanding of public procurement environments
  • Experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Arabic (Fluent)
  • English (Preferred)

Highly Preferred:

  • Experience working with MOH-related entities
  • Existing KSA executive network
  • Experience in digital health or health IT
  • Experience negotiating distribution or strategic partnership agreements
