Job Description
Position Summary:
The HR & Recruitment Manager will lead all talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations for ContactPoint360 Egypt. This role is responsible for building a high-performance talent engine that supports aggressive site growth while maintaining exceptional hiring standards, employee engagement, and compliance.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in positioning ContactPoint360 as the employer of choice in Cairo.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for Cairo site
• Deliver 100% hiring fulfillment aligned with workforce plans
• Build scalable sourcing pipelines for high-volume BPO hiring
• Partner with Operations to forecast hiring needs
• Ensure strong screening process (English proficiency, cultural fit, skill alignment)
• Improve time-to-hire and hiring quality metrics
• Partner with Training to drive high graduation rates
2. Hiring Quality & Graduation Success
• Drive hiring standards that support 100% graduation target
• Align recruitment criteria with training expectations
• Reduce early-stage (0–90 day) attrition
• Implement realistic job previews to improve retention
3. Employer Branding & Culture Development
• Position CP360 Egypt as employer of choice in Cairo
• Build strong candidate experience
• Drive engagement programs
• Strengthen onboarding process
• Support leadership development initiatives
• Protect and scale company culture
4. HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws
• Oversee employee documentation and HR systems
• Manage employee relations cases professionally
• Maintain HR policies and procedures
• Ensure audit readiness
5. Performance Metrics Ownership
This role will be measured on:

Qualifications
• 7–10+ years HR experience (BPO experience required)
• 3–5+ years managing recruitment teams
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law
• Strong English proficiency (C1 preferred)
• Strategic thinker with operational execution ability
