Role Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator Support to join our client’s team. If you’re an organised, task-driven communicator who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and wants to develop your skills within a leading IT services company, this could be the opportunity for you. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting lead generation activities, managing CRM data, and creating content to briefs. This position offers significant personal and professional growth within a supportive, results-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Support – Assist across multiple lead generation activities and campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
• Content Creation – Develop marketing content using templates and working to creative briefs.
• CRM Data Management – Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness within HubSpot or similar systems.
• Outbound Calling – Make calls to book introductory meetings with prospective leads.
• Email Marketing Support – Undertake email content creation and distribution as needed.
• Task Coordination – Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Marketing Team Experience – Proven experience working within a marketing team, ideally in IT services or a similar industry.
• Lead Generation Background – Experience in a lead generation role, comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
• CRM Proficiency – Experience working with CRM data, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Content Creation Skills – Ability to create written content to a brief with strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills – Confident written and verbal communicator with professional stakeholder management.
• Task Management – Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines consistently.

Bonus Qualifications

• Marketing Qualification – A marketing or corporate communications qualification is a plus.
• IT Services Exposure – Direct experience in IT services or technology sector marketing.
