Ecotel is looking to hire a driven FTTH Coordinator. You’ll help plan, manage, and support FTTH rollout projects — ensuring smooth execution, quality, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Do:

– Coordinate day-to-day FTTH deployment activities

– Support field teams and monitor contractor performance

– Interpret network layouts and update project documentation

– Ensure health & safety compliance on-site

– Assist with fiber splicing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting

What You Bring:

– 1:3 years in fiber optics (FTTH experience preferred)

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

– Understanding of GPON, splicing, and fiber testing

– Strong communication and coordination skills

– Proficient in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

– Preferably available to join immediately or ASAP
