Job Description
Lead and manage all aftersales operations, including maintenance, warranty, spare parts, and customer service, to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention while achieving the department’s financial and operational objectives.
● Develop and implement the aftersales services strategy in alignment with company objectives
● Oversee maintenance and repair operations and ensure the quality of services delivered
● Manage and develop team competencies through continuous training and coaching
● Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to improve operations
● Manage warranty processes and handle customer complaints effectively
● Coordinate with sales and marketing departments to enhance the customer experience
● Prepare budgets and monitor operational costs to achieve profitability targets
● Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability
● Develop policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
● Prepare periodic reports and present them to senior management
● Build long-term relationships with key clients
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
● Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in aftersales services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
● In-depth knowledge of maintenance, warranty, and spare parts management operations
● Very good in English
● Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP software
● Strong leadership and management skills
● Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Data analysis and reporting capabilities
● Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
● Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
● Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to satisfaction
