About the RoleInstitutionalise Safira’s commercial engine by building, structuring, and converting a predictable and measurable pipeline of strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Translate ecosystem relationships into contracted, recurring revenue while embedding disciplined, technology-enabled partnership tracking and reporting processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Safira’s annual partnership acquisition roadmap•Design tiered sponsorship and institutional partnership packages•Align commercial targets with the company’s event calendar•Structure recurring and multi-year agreements•Identify and prioritise high-value corporate, government, sovereign, and investment stakeholders•Initiate and lead partnership discussions through to contract execution•Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements•Utilise CRM systems and stageOS integrations to manage all partnership activity•Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline stages, deal values, and conversion ratios•Represent Safira at senior-level ecosystem engagements•Build long-term strategic relationships within Saudi and UAE marketsRequirements5–10 years in strategic partnerships, sponsorship, institutional sales, or corporate business development•Demonstrated ability to close agreements in the SAR 300,000 – 1,000,000+ range•Experience operating within Saudi Arabia and/or UAE markets•Exposure to government or institutional stakeholders preferred•Experience working within CRM-driven commercial environmentsWhat We OfferExposure to high-level institutional platforms across Saudi Arabia and global markets•Opportunity for international travel aligned with platform activity•Collaborative, cross-border team environment•Hybrid working model with structured flexibility•Ongoing professional development and training opportunities•High ownership environment with direct impact on company growth
