Job Description

Join our dynamic team in Giza, Egypt, as an HR Administrator! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our Human Resources department. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our employees and the overall success of our organisation. This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with the talent acquisition process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the on boarding process for new hires.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Provide support for performance management processes.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable lobar laws and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for an HR Administrator with:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Experience with talent acquisition and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR and Human Resources (HR) functions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
