Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual vision of our game projects and drive artistic excellence from concept to launch. You will be responsible for defining the artistic direction, mentoring the art team, and ensuring high-quality visual execution across all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the overall visual identity (UI, art style, tone, FX, visual language)
• Develop cohesive artistic direction aligned with learning objectives and gameplay design
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary art teams (concept artists, 2D/3D artists, animators, UI designers, VFX, and tech artists)
• Review and provide clear feedback across all production stages
• Collaborate closely with instructional designers, game designers, developers, and production teams
• Ensure asset quality, optimization, and smooth pipeline workflow
• Maintain visual consistency across different products and platforms

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Art Lead in gaming, interactive media, or e-learning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of game production pipelines and content development workflows
• Experience working with Unity or Unreal Engine
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, art fundamentals, and user experience
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Maya, Blender, or ZBrush

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on educational games or interactive learning platforms

Portfolio showcasing artistic direction and shipped projects

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
