Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Developer – D365 Finance & Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize D365 F&O modules using X++, C#, .NET, SQL, Azure services, and Power Platform
• Integrate D365 F&O with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and API Management
• Perform performance tuning, testing, and quality assurance for developed solutions
• Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and solution architecture standards
• Mentor junior developers and support team upskilling on new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O (mandatory)
• Strong experience in system integration (APIs, Web Services, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with X++, C#, .NET, SQL
• Strong experience in SSRS Reports
• Solid knowledge of D365 F&O customization, configuration, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules is a plus
• Microsoft Developer Certifications are a plus
