Four Beauty Lounge is looking for a Client Experience Specialist who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality mindset who enjoys building relationships with clients and ensuring every guest leaves the salon feeling valued and satisfied.

The Client Experience Specialist is responsible for managing the client journey inside the salon—from the moment clients arrive until after they leave. You will act as the face of the salon, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, a smooth experience, and professional follow-up after their visit.

• Welcome clients and ensure a warm and professional experience
• Monitor the client journey during their visit
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients after their appointment
• Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally
• Reach out to clients who have not visited recently
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
