Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Engineer – Licensing, based in Giza. The role involves leading and supporting civil engineering design efforts, preparing licensing documentation, working on planning and stormwater management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project requirements. Additional responsibilities include participating in technical analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the timely completion of assigned tasks and initiatives.

Responsibleilities:

Licensing & Regulatory Approvals

• Prepare and submit all required documents for building permits and regulatory approvals.
• Follow up with municipalities, authorities, and relevant government entities to secure project licenses.
• Manage renewal and modification of existing licenses when required.

Technical Coordination

• Review architectural and structural drawings prior to submission.
• Ensure project compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants and design teams to address official comments or required amendments.

Government Liaison

• Represent the company before governmental authorities.
• Attend site inspections and official committee meetings.
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and ensure timely approvals.

Compliance &Documentation

• Monitor updates in construction laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of all licensing documents and approvals.
• Prepare periodic reports on the licensing status of each project.

Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Engineering Design and foundational knowledge as a Civil Engineer
• Strong skills in Planning and Stormwater Management
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with local licensing regulations and processes
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate and property development is a plus
