🔹 Position: Cold Caller (Full-Time, Remote)

🔹 Industry: US Real Estate / Roofing

🔹 Schedule: 10-hour fixed shift

🔹 Weekends: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (Fixed days off)

🧩 Requirements:

• Fluent in English with no accent
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a US Real Estate Cold Caller (MUST)
• Fresh graduates, undergraduates on a gap year, and dropouts are welcome
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Quiet workspace with no background noise
• Fast computer/laptop
• USB headset

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $3.5/hr, increasing up to $4/hr based on performance
• Performance-based salary structure
• Monthly bonuses: $25 up to $130
• Payments bi-weekly via PayPal or Payoneer
