Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in Qesm El Maadi. In this role, the successful candidate will develop, execute, and optimize data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Responsibilities include managing paid media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, identifying key insights, and implementing improvements to maximize ROI. The Performance Marketing Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with client goals, oversee budget allocation, and devise strategies to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Paid Media, including PPC, Paid Social, and Display Advertising
• Strong Analytics and Data Interpretation skills, proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, and experience with reporting metrics
• Expertise in Campaign Management platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Audience Segmentation
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing Strategies, SEM, and Retargeting techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in performance marketing within specialized industries is a plus
