Role Description

Waterway is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. Responsibilities include designing and overseeing civil engineering projects, planning project deliverables, and managing stormwater systems. The candidate will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and comply with regulations. The Senior Civil Engineer will play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions and contributing to the organization’s long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and exceptional Civil Engineering expertise
• Experience in Planning and managing project timelines effectively
• Strong knowledge of Stormwater Management systems
• Ability to lead and collaborate with Civil Engineers and cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is advantageous
