Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis in Qesm 1st Nasser City. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will oversee and optimize day-to-day business processes, analyze performance data, and support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide excellent customer service, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. This is an on-site role that requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Operations and Business Analysis, with a strong understanding of workflows and process improvements
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends to support decision-making
• Strong Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external clients
• Proven Customer Service abilities with a focus on maintaining quality and responsiveness
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with payment processing platforms, financial operations, or fintech industry experience is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management
