Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant based at the Assiut and Sohag branches in Egypt. The Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts, preparing financial statements, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Additional responsibilities include monitoring expenses, handling tax-related tasks, and participating in budgeting and financial reporting activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and general accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in accounting or related roles is highly desirable
