Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as contracting, industrial,
healthcare, and telecom
• Analyze client requirements and recommend optimal diesel generator and backup power
solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and participate in major tenders
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
• Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project
execution

Requirements

Requirements
✔ B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
✔ 5–7+ years of proven sales experience in diesel generators or power systems
✔ Strong B2B network (contractors, consultants, etc.) is highly preferred
✔ Solid technical knowledge of power sizing, generator systems, and installation
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔ Strong deal-closing ability with a results-driven mindset
✔ High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability
✔ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
✔ Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt
