Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and operational tasks remotely. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Handle data entry, file organization, and document management
- Conduct online research and compile reports
- Provide customer support via email, chat, or phone
- Assist with social media management and content posting
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and bookings
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense tracking)
- Support project management and follow up on tasks
Requirements:
