Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Finance Manager will oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data to support strategic decisions, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in financial management, reporting, and internal controls
• Expertise in budget creation, financial forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in financial analysis, strategy development, and decision support
• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus)
• Previous experience in the FMCG is a strong advantage
