Job Description

• Draft, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions and organizational charts, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and operational requirements.
• Conduct continuous research and analysis of KSA market trends, salary surveys, and job grading frameworks to ensure competitive and equitable organizational structures.
• Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management systems, including KPI development, tracking, and reporting.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives within HR and OD functions, including automation of processes and adoption of HRMS systems.
• Run organizational surveys and analyze the data to spot gaps in capabilities, workflow, or span of control.
• Work closely with the L&D team to translate your OD findings into structured learning and succession plans.
• Keep our structures and policies aligned with KSA labor laws, Saudization requirements, and cultural nuances.

Requirements

• achelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years fully dedicated to OD, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics.
• You must have proven experience working with or consulting for the Saudi market, with a strong grasp of local labor laws and business culture.
• Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerPoint for building executive dashboards.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with the ability to draft clear, professional reports.
