Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Quality, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Director of Quality will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, and lead teams in quality control, assurance, and auditing activities. This role includes collaborating with teams across departments, reviewing supplier quality processes, and identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives. This position also requires reporting on key performance indicators related to quality and providing guidance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to maintain and monitor high standards in construction projects.
• Strong expertise in Quality Auditing and Quality Management to lead and evaluate quality systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Supplier Quality processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications in quality management are a plus.
• Extensive experience in the construction or real estate development industry is highly desirable.
