Hybrid – Cairo, Egypt (1 day/week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Moderation & Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website email.
• Ensure timely and polite communication with potential and existing customers.
• Manage basic customer issues, forward complex queries to the right team members.

Order & Inventory Management

• Check inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
• Assist in shipping orders, including adding warranty papers & proper packaging.
• Follow up with shipping companies and track order deliveries.
• Confirm with customers that orders have been delivered successfully.

Product Content & Website Updates

• Prepare and upload new product content, descriptions, and images on the website.
• Update existing product prices and details as needed.

Sales & Reports

• Keep an eye on sales trends and customer feedback.
• Prepare simple weekly reports on best-selling products, customer questions, and sales trends.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of Experience, graduate, or undergraduate
• Very good English and Arabic communication skills (written & spoken).
• Very good commitment – must be available throughout the day to answer customer messages.
• Good social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
• Good computer & typing skills – able to update the website (training provided).
• Detail-oriented – can check order details, ensure correct packaging, and update product info accurately.
• A commercial eye for sales – interested in understanding what sells well.
• Punctual & responsible – ability to follow up on orders and ensure smooth operations.
