Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate mass spectrometry methods for qualitative and quantitative analyses of complex samples.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instruments and associated laboratory equipment.
• Interpret, analyze, and report data with precision, ensuring scientific accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, development, and quality teams to support project goals and timelines.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in clear, comprehensive reports.
• Stay current with advancements in mass spectrometry technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate project progress and findings effectively through both written reports and verbal presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in mass spectrometry techniques and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in method development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MS systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen attention to clarity and detail.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a scientific or technical environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• MS or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Science, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis software specific to mass spectrometry (e.g., Xcalibur, MassLynx, or similar).
• Publication record or experience presenting research findings at scientific conferences.
• Familiarity with regulatory or quality standards in analytical laboratories.
