Human Resource Analytics – Australia

Our team is currently seeking detail-oriented individuals to join us in Human Resource Analytics roles. This position focuses on supporting HR data operations, analyzing workforce information, and maintaining accurate employee records within internal systems.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and is open to candidates currently residing in Australia. Both experienced applicants and those new to the field are welcome to apply, as structured training will be provided.

Role Overview

As part of the Human Resource Analytics team, you will assist in managing, analyzing, and maintaining HR-related data within internal systems. Your work will help ensure workforce information is accurate, well-structured, and supports effective HR decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating and maintaining employee and HR data within internal systems
  • Organize and manage workforce datasets and digital HR records
  • Verify and review HR data for accuracy and consistency
  • Support basic HR reporting and data analysis tasks
  • Maintain structured documentation of HR processes and records
  • Track employee-related data and assist in reporting workforce trends
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to support data-driven decisions
  • Communicate progress and updates on assigned tasks

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented and accurate when handling HR data
  • Well-organized and able to follow structured workflows
  • Responsible and proactive in completing assigned tasks
  • Able to communicate effectively with remote team members
  • Interested in HR, analytics, or administrative operations
  • No prior experience required (training provided)

Job Details

  • Location: Remote (Australia)
  • Work Arrangement: Flexible schedule
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Hourly Pay: AUD $36 – $50 depending on experience
  • Training: Paid onboarding and training support
