Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the sales team through managing operational tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, managing schedules, tracking sales data, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid background in Sales with the ability to handle targets and goals effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, email platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
