We’re Hiring | Finishing Manager

Mena Group, a leading contracting and construction company with over 40 years of experience and more than 300 successful projects across Egypt and the Middle East, is seeking a Finishing Manager to join our Engineering team.

Location: Alexandria, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports to: Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all finishing activities across project sites, ensuring execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Lead and supervise finishing engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery

• Review architectural and MEP finishing works to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality benchmarks

• Monitor finishing schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve site issues efficiently

• Oversee inspections, snagging processes, and ensure completion of all pending items prior to handover

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of finishing progress, quality checks, and project milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing works within construction or real estate projects

• Proven experience in managing finishing teams and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants

• Strong knowledge of finishing standards, MEP coordination, snagging, and handover procedures

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines under pressure
