Role Description
This is a Contract-based, Hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist. You won’t be a “sales agent”; you will be a Gotic Partner. Your mission is to represent our cinematic brand in the field (Pharmacies, Retailers, and Tech hubs), identify key growth opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identifying and approaching high-potential clients who need a digital transformation.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Presenting Gotic Team’s high-impact portfolio with confidence and style.
- Partnership Building: Closing deals and nurturing long-term trust with business owners.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborating directly with the CEO and the Tech team to refine our “Digital Solutions” based on market needs.
Qualifications
- Elite Communication: Ability to speak with authority, elegance, and persuasion.
- The “Hustle” Mindset: Self-motivated individuals who thrive on results, not just hours.
- Aesthetic Eye: An appreciation for high-quality design and branding
- (you’ll be selling “Art” as much as “Code”).
- Background: Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is great, but Character and Ambition come first.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with the digital landscape and social media trends.
