Role Description

We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join our team full-time on-site in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and execute test strategies, identify defects, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards before release.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated and manual test cases, conducting functional and performance testing, tracking bugs, and driving continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

✔ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing

✔ Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar)

✔ Proficiency in writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports

✔ Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

✔ Familiarity with API testing and performance testing tools is a plus

✔ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
