Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of real estate opportunities, managing inquiries, conducting property viewings, and facilitating negotiations to ensure successful transactions. The Senior Property Consultant will maintain positive client relationships, support decision-making processes, and stay updated on market trends and developments to offer comprehensive real estate solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Consulting and Real Estate with a strong ability to evaluate properties and opportunities strategically.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Experience in Sales, including negotiation, closing deals, and meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site environment and work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in understanding market trends and local real estate regulations.
• Relevant certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
