We are currently hiring a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist at Home Healers.
As part of our growth strategy, we are building a structured B2B acquisition engine to establish partnerships with hospitals, insurance companies, and corporates across Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong execution mindset and hands-on experience in building and managing outreach systems — not just running campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage targeted B2B lead databases (Hospitals, Insurance, Corporates)
Identify and validate decision-makers using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
Execute structured outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and cold email
Design and manage follow-up sequences to improve response rates
Set up and maintain CRM systems and sales pipelines (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)
Track performance metrics and optimize outreach workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outreach
Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms
Ability to build and manage structured pipelines and tracking systems
Strong written communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and KPI-driven
Performance Expectations:
Consistent pipeline of qualified leads
Measurable outreach performance (response rates, meeting bookings)
Weekly delivery of qualified meetings with decision-makers
This role is critical in building a scalable B2B growth function within Home Healers.
