Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Cairo. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including managing schedules, organizing appointments, maintaining documentation, and coordinating communications. The role also involves supporting team members in project management and ensuring smooth office operations. Additionally, the Assistant may be required to handle correspondence, prepare reports, and provide support with various internal workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in scheduling, calendar management, and organizing multi-task workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and similar tools
- Flexibility, time management skills, and ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administration, business management, or a related field is preferred
