Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) specialist located in Cairo. The HSE specialist will be responsible for ensuring workplace compliance with safety and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments, developing safety policies, and delivering training sessions to employees. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring site activities, investigating incidents, maintaining safety documentation, and engaging with teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in workplace risk assessment and incident investigation
• Experience in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies
• Ability to conduct safety training and awareness sessions for diverse teams
• Knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
• Relevant certifications in HSE or occupational safety are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field
