Job PurposeEnsure software quality by executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable and high-quality products

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases (manual & exploratory testing)
• Perform regression, usability, and functional testing
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Collaborate with developers and product owners
• Maintain test documentation and test cases
• Participate in automation using Selenium & Appium
• Stay updated with testing best practices

Essential Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in software testing
• Experience in Agile environments
• Manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Basic automation using Selenium WebDriver & Appium (Java)
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Postman
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience using AI tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate testing, automation and documentation
• Strong attention to detail & strong Analytical thinking
• Team player with good communication
• Accounting/ERP project experience is a plus
