Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Data Governance Specialist/Data Operations Engineer based in Melbourne, VIC. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The role involves managing data governance practices, performing data quality assurance, analyzing and troubleshooting data issues, and providing customer support on data-related concerns. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the implementation of efficient processes to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data within the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues effectively
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service and addressing data queries
• Technical proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Understanding of data governance principles and practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
