About the Role:

The Picnic Factory is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and an interest in furniture and design, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients (B2B & B2C)

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Handle client inquiries and provide suitable product recommendations

• Coordinate with production and design teams to meet client requirements

• Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure

• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales

• Experience in furniture, interior design, or related industry is a strong plus

• Background in Interior Design, Applied Arts, or relevant field is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Presentable and client-oriented

• Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure

• Good command of Microsoft Office

• Candidates should be based in or near Obour City
