Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Environmental Health Safety Specialist role located in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include conducting workplace safety assessments, delivering safety training programs, updating compliance documentation, and promoting initiatives to improve overall occupational health and safety measures within the organization. The chosen candidate will also perform risk assessments and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management and adherence to related regulations
• Skill set in Workplace Safety management and execution of Safety Training programs
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of local safety regulations in Egypt and experience in a similar role is a plus
