Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Senior Sales Executive with experience in real estate. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in real estate projects. Additional responsibilities include presenting and promoting properties, negotiating deals with clients, providing market analysis insights, and maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market. The Senior Sales Executive will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the execution of contracts, manage client accounts, and deliver exceptional service to establish long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals, with a proven track record in real estate
  • Market analysis, research, and strategic planning capabilities related to real estate trends and customer needs
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in client management, customer service, and managing portfolios effectively
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve KPIs
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of local real estate market regulations and policies is an advantage
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
