Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Sales Staff position. The Sales Staff will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing sales inquiries, upselling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, handling transactions, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Collaboration with team members and assisting in store operations will also be essential to this role.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to manage sales inquiries, upsell products, and achieve sales targets
Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Teamwork and collaborative mindset
Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory
Basic computer and POS system skills are an advantage
