Business development manager – Real Estate Location: Giza, Alexandria
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations including property listings, client follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
• Provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
• Bilingual English is a plus.
• Experience in off-plan property sales.
