وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:

 

  • Manage the Chairman’s office operations and daily agenda.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
  • Prepare, collect, and distribute documents for Board & General Assembly meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.
  • Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements and official visits.
  • Follow up on strategic tasks and executive decisions.
  • Ensure smooth internal communication across departments.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and management
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office operations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in executive office management.
  • Previous experience supporting the Chairman/CEO level.
  • Experience in preparation of Board Meetings & relative official authorization.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Presentable and detail-oriented personality.
