وصف الوظيفة والمتطلبات:
- Manage the Chairman’s office operations and daily agenda.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
- Prepare, collect, and distribute documents for Board & General Assembly meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.
- Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Organize travel arrangements and official visits.
- Follow up on strategic tasks and executive decisions.
- Ensure smooth internal communication across departments.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and management
- Maintain organized filing systems and office operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in executive office management.
- Previous experience supporting the Chairman/CEO level.
- Experience in preparation of Board Meetings & relative official authorization.
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Presentable and detail-oriented personality.
