The Role

We’re looking for a HUNTER. Someone who sees a microbus depot at 7 AM and thinks “opportunity,” not “traffic.” You’ll run a tight network of field agents, turn sign-up targets into signed contracts, and onboard bus and microbus operators across Cairo. Organized, energetic, systematic — and allergic to wasting money.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, train, and lead a squad of field agents across Greater Cairo
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sign-up targets. Then hit them. Then raise them.
  • Onboard bus and microbus operators — independent owner-operators and the big fleet companies with the fancy logos
  • Actually go to the garages, depots, and driver hubs. If your shoes are still clean at 8 PM, something went wrong
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership contracts without giving away the farm
  • Track every lead and activation in our CRM (yes, really — “I remember them” is not a system)
  • Keep acquisition costs lean: every pound spent should walk onto the platform on four wheels
  • Feed product and ops teams the ground truth about what operators actually need — not what a PowerPoint says they need

What We’re Looking For

  • Arabic native speaker + strong English — you’ll close deals in Arabic and report results in English (without Google Translate open in another tab)
  • Demonstrable track record in field sales, fleet acquisition, or agent-network management — ride-hailing, logistics, fintech distribution, FMCG, all welcome
  • Street-smart, garage-comfortable, desk-tolerant
  • Valid driver’s license and a willingness to cross Cairo more times in a week than most people do in a year
  • Bonus points: existing relationships with microbus operators, transport cooperatives, or fleet owners

Compensation — The Honest Version 💰

We’re a startup, not a bank. So here’s the deal, in plain language:

  • Fixed salary: Enough to live, not enough to get comfortable. That’s on purpose.
  • Variable salary: Performance-based and uncapped. Tied directly to activated vehicles and team output. Get rich by over-performing!
  • Stock options: You get a real piece of Ramses.Shuttle Egypt. If we hit what we’re building toward (NASDAQ Dubai by 2030 — yes, we said it out loud), those options can change your life, your cousin’s life, and possibly your entire neighborhood’s life. If we don’t, at least you’ll have a great story.
