Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service position, located in New Cairo. The role involves addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and efficient problem resolution. The selected candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, handling interactions professionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
