🔹 Job Overview | الوصف الوظيفي:

Lead and manage daily real estate market operations, conduct market research & analysis, and develop strategies to identify new investment opportunities aligned with business goals.

إدارة ومتابعة عمليات السوق العقاري اليومية، وإجراء الدراسات والتحليلات السوقية، ووضع استراتيجيات لاكتشاف فرص استثمارية جديدة.

🔹 Key Responsibilities | المهام:

• Conduct & analyze real estate market studies
• Monitor market trends and competitors
• Build strong relationships with clients & investors
• Manage real estate portfolios and track performance
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to achieve growth
• Identify expansion and investment opportunities
• Improve performance and increase market share

🔹 Requirements | المتطلبات:

• Experience in real estate or market management
• Strong analytical & market research skills
• Strategic thinking & decision-making ability
• Excellent communication & relationship management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in reporting & analysis tools
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / Commerce or equivalent)
